Daniel specializes in transformative bodywork, energy alignment and sound frequency attunement. Throughout his 20s and 30s he found himself dancing with toxic habits – low frequency foods, alcohol, pills – and with the help of various plants and teachers, discovered powerful tools for transmuting unhealthy energy in a way that served both himself and the greater masses.

He shares his journey of healing himself and his relationships, his R.E.S.Q. program – designed to shift the paradigm of recovery – and how our current societal disconnection is impacting much more than we realize.

Some topics we dive into…

→ Daniel’s process with healing his family lineage.
→ How our societal disconnection is leading to environmental unrest.
→ Shifting the paradigm of ‘recovery’ through his R.E.S.Q. program.
→ Being struck by lightning twice and what this awakened within him.
→ Forgiving resentful energies that prevent us from connecting with loved ones.
→ The divisiveness that occurs when we label ourselves and one another.
